We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 3 days to send it back to us with prior notification sent via Instagram @mymusmus, or e-mail email@example.com. All returned items must be in their original condition, with tags attached. Please make sure item(s) are in unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, including tags and boxes. You should send the parcel via any courier not later than 3 (three) days after receiving goods from the online store. You cannot return the goods which have been used.
Made-to-order, custom item(s) are not eligible for returns.
Returns based on buyer error (such as submitting the wrong measurements) are not eligible for returns.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of on-sale items unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
